Spider-Man and Iron Man team up against the menace of…Magma!

A series of quakes had been occurring in New York. To investigate the strange phenomenon, Iron Man and Spider-Man investigated the matter by heading underground. But as soon as they arrived, they were quickly captured by Magma, who revealed his plan to blackmail the mayor with his tremors.

After freeing themselves, Iron Man proceeded to stop the blackmail while Spider-Man parted to eliminate the villain's bargaining chip. Both succeeded in their job, with Spider-Man directing the quake to the sea. However, Magma escaped Iron Man in the end by crashing himself into a volcano rose from the sea due to the quake, seeming meeting his demise.
